    I spent Christmas at this place, and the location was just perfect! It's close to a ton of restaurants and shopping options, making it super convenient.

    There were some downsides. The cleanliness of our unit left a lot to be desired, with some spots not being properly cleaned. we faced issues with some amenities being closed, like the spas and gym. It was a bit frustrating, especially for the price we paid. it was a mixed experience.

    We had a really nice stay by another night.

    My well-maintained room included nice bed, a lounge and a safe box. The staff were competent and best and the location was LOVELY.

    Experience was special.

    Its location was perfect, to the free tram stop, and in a very very nice area. Also, nice touristic places like Emporium Store were a walking distance from the hotel.

    I loved it. The food was good - lots of options. Generally everything was perfect, but the bathroom was a little small. The stuff were active, GREAT services.

    Some of the staff were exceptionally busy.

    Great location near the markets and just a short walk to the MCG. The apartment was clean and stylish, with helpful staff. The pool area was lovely, although some amenities could use a little maintenance. A comfortable stay with easy access to local attractions.

    The location was convenient, right in the heart of the CBD, making it easy to access numerous shops and restaurants. Our upgraded two-bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable, providing a perfect home away from home. I especially appreciated the recommendations from the helpful staff regarding nearby parking options, allowing us to save with a nice discount. The amenities were fantastic too, particularly the indoor pool and fitness center, which I took full advantage of after a long day of meetings. it was a great choice for our trip, and I would gladly return.

    The location was superb, conveniently nestled on a peaceful street yet close to all the attractions. The room was comfortable, featuring excellent blackout curtains that ensured a good night's sleep. I also loved the warm indoor pool, which the kids enjoyed.     The one-bedroom suite was spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen and plush bedding that instantly. I was in awe of the fine city views that greeted me each morning. Plus, indulging in the indoor heated pool after a day of exploring was the cherry on top!

    Great view but some issues

    The staff were super friendly and got us parking sorted, a nice touch. Loved the fine view from our room! Only problem was the TV didn't work and the smoke alarm kept beeping non-stop. A bit annoying, but we managed. The pool area looked nice, but wish some amenities were actually operational. Would be better if things were maintained.
